BPH Symptoms Test

The American Urological Association symptom index is used to determine the severity of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Please answer the following questions based upon your experience over the past month. Click “Analyze” to review your score. The total score runs from zero to 35. Higher scores indicate more severe symptoms. Scores less than seven are considered mild and generally do not warrant treatment. Regardless of your score, if your symptoms are bothersome, you should consult with your doctor.
